Botswana came from behind to claim a dramatic 26-21 win over favorites Senegal in the second match of the Africa Rugby tier 1B tournament at Legends Rugby Grounds.
Botswana needed 2 tries from man of the match Tefho Keothepile plus four penalties and a two conversions from Edward Oostheiuzen to register a dramatic victory.

Botswana capitalized on Latoce Austin’s yellow that sidelined him to the sin bin in the second half to edge the West African side. Senegal grabbed the lead just after Botswana’s early penalty and it was Steve Sargos who converted through the uprights.
The West Africans doubled their points courtesy of another conversion by Sargos to extend their lead to 06-14. Kasaba Lewis continued to haunt the South Africans with another try for Senegal just after the break, Sargos kicking through again for their points.

It was all loud cheers from the fans thereafter as the inspired Keothepile touched for Botswana twice with Oostheiuzen converting for a memorable victory.
