The 2015 Kenya Premier League season continued over the weekend with all teams bar Gor Mahia playing their 23rd game.

It all started on Friday at Nyayo stadium where Sam Timbe coached Sofapaka came from 3-0 down to snatch a point against Nakuru AllStars.

Patrick Oboya Onyango gave the AllStars 2-0 lead inside 19 minutes before Boniface Akenga made it 3-0 on the twenty minutes mark.

Fuadi Ndayisenga pulled one back for Batoto Bamungu before half time with Mbakiye and veteran John Baraza netting the others in the 77th and 90th minutes respectively.

Ex-KCC FC striker Herman Wasswa featured for Sofapaka.

The early kick off on Saturday saw Mombasa based side Bandari FC edge Thika United 2-1with goals from David Kingatua who cancelled out Raymond Ochieng’s early goal.

Elsewhere, Paul Nkata’s Muhoroni Youth beat Western Stima 1-0 with George Mandela scoring the only goal of the game.

On the same day, champions Gor Mahia FC continued with their form beating Nairobi City Stars 3-1 with goals coming from Michael Olunga (brace) and Meddie Kagere.

The win stretched their point tally to 55 points; eleven ahead of second placed Ulinzi with two games in hand.

Ugandan Jimmy Bageya scored City Stars only goal in the game.

On Sunday, Ushuru FC beat Mathare United 3-1; Chemelil Sugar drew goalless with SoNy Sugar while Tusker FC settled for a 1-1 draw with KCB.
