In a bid to rejuvenate squad ahead of the second half of the season, The Saints FC have signed attacking midfielder Patrick Ssenfuka.

The former KCCA, SC Villa and Proline FC midfield gem joins the struggling Uganda Premier League side from Kenya’s Bidco FC where he featured since last season.

It remains unclear how long the contract he signed is but he joins new boys in ex-teammate at KCCA; Owen Kasule, Yasin Mugabi and Yasin Mugume who are all on loan from KCCA.

The club is yet to reveal all their new catches in the window but in a communication on their official Facebook page, they said.

The transfer window is now firmly shut and we are waiting for FUFA to affirm the paperwork and then we’ll be telling you who has joined us and who has left. We believe we have a group of players ready to fight, ready to win game.

The Saints finished the first round languishing in relegation with just ten points and are just second from bottom on the 16 team log.
