After preparing so well for their first meeting with Makerere Impis this season, Toyota Buffaloes ended up giving away easy points to their opponents as the failed to assemble an ambulance in time for the game.
Consequently, the Makerere outfit were awarded a walkover for their third win of the season.
“It is bad that we get to lose points in such a manner but there is nothing we can do about that now,” one of the Buffaloes officials revealed to Kawowo Sports early in the week.
Impis will get no easy points this time round though, Buffaloes will be looking for revenge against the University side as they continue to fight for a top four finish.
After ten games of the season, Buffaloes find themselves sixth on the table with 22 points, 3 behind fifth placed Sadolin Mongers and 7 off fourth placed Ezeey Money Rhino. Impis on the other hand lie 7th on the log having leapfrogged Rams after the walkover.
