Saturday Fixtures:

Buffaloes vs. Rhino -2.30pm, Kyadondo

Heathens vs. Kobs -4.30pm, Kyadondo

Impis vs. Rams -4.30pm, Makerere

Mongers vs. Pirates -4.30pm, Entebbe

Betway Kobs will be crowned on Saturday at Kyandondo Rugby Grounds, their arch rivals’ territory.

While the champion is known already, there are bragging rights at stake and Hima Cement Heathens will be hoping to ensure their eternal enemies don’t end the season unbeaten.

“The game on Saturday will show who the real champion is,” Heathens tactician Robert Sseguya, who believes his side deserved to lift the title ahead of Kobs, told Kawowo Sports early in the week.

Kobs defeated Heathens 28-27 in the first round encounter at Legends Rugby Grounds and they are aware of what to expect at Kyadondo.

“In sports no one wants to lose so we shall play to win the game,” Kobs captain Brian Odong told this website ahead of the game.

The last time Kobs won the league title, they beat Heathens home and away and finished the season without losing any game.

Even without some of their key players like Scot Oluoch, Justin Kimono and Ronald Musajjagulanyago, they have been unstoppable this season and will be looking to finish the season on a high.

Whether Heathens will give them a guard of honour or not, Kobs will be crowned at what is expected to be a grand closing ceremony.

Heathens have already lost to Kobs and Mongers in the season, they drew with Pirates in the first round and are now out to defend their home turf and restore some pride.
