Kayunga Town Council 0-3 M.S Sand Lions (Walk-over)

Unlike the previous weekend when five of the scheduled games for the Pepsi national beach soccer league were not physically played for varying reasons, this time round only one game was not honored.

Kayunga Town Council forwarded no sound reason when they missed their game against M.S Sand Lions, the only match not physically played on Sunday.

Uganda Beach Soccer Association (UBSA) chairman, Deo Mutabazi who watched all the games at Lido on Sunday justifies the punishment to Kayunga Town Council – foreiting 3 points and goals alike.

We go by the laws of the game, when you miss a game without a reason forwarded, you miss the three points and goals.

M.S Sand Lions therefore get the goals and points.

Kayunga Town Council stands one more chance before being nullified out of the league.

Action resumes next weekend with seven games at Lido beach.
