Hakim Wandera is a 12 year old boy, passionate about playing football with a keen interest in juggling the ball.
The P.5 pupil at Mivule Primary school near Kisubi along the busy Kampala – Entebbe Highway loves to juggle the ball.
Every part of his ball is comfortable with the ball with the ease of a flying vessel at take-off and landing stages.

Messi Inspiration:
Wandera is quick to point out his unending love for Argentina and Barcelona super star, Leone Messi.
I love the way Messi plays. He is my best player in the whole world and I love to be like him when I grow up.
Wandera is not a perfectionist in class as on the field of play as he struggled to get promoted to P6 this December.
I was the 33rd out of 38 total pupils in my P5 class but I was still promoted. I promise to perform better in class like I do on the playing field.

According to his primary school coach at Mivule primary, Steven ‘Ferguson’ Kintu, there is a special programme designed at the school to give the pupils more time in class from where they can attend to football matters.
They (the pupils) are in class upto 4 p.m before they come out for training but for only three days in a week.
Wandera is a great footballer and good at juggling. He has a bright future in football.

He is the second last born child to Umaru Wandera and Aminah Namwasi, both of Iganga District.
