One of the newly born triplets for Uganda Cranes’ defender, Murushid Jjuuko died on Thursday night.

The sad development was confirmed to Kawowo Sports by Muzamiru ‘Dida’ Jjuuko, older brother to Murushid moments after the unfortunate incident.

It is a trying moment for the family but that is life.

We have to pray so that Allah keeps us strong

The dead has been identified as Murushid Junior, the only boy of the three infants.

The triplets were born on boxing day at Nsambya Hospital in Kampala.

Until the time of its death, both mother and the children had not been discharged from hospital.

Burial arrangements have been organized for Friday in Ssisa.

“We shall bury on Friday. This is very unfortunate but life has it all” Dida, himself a decent midfielder, added.

Jjuuko is part of the team that will fly out of the country on Friday evening for Tunisia where the Uganda Cranes will camp before playing an international build up match on Wednesday in the capital, Tunis.
