New SC Villa Coach Wasswa Bbosa says he is motivated by working under pressure.

The former Express FC tactician took charge of the Jogoos on interim basis when the club parted company with Shafik Bisaso on Thursday.

Bbosa revealed this in the aftermath of a 1-0 win over Sadolin Painters in his first game in charge.

“First of all, I congratulate the boys for the hard fought win,” he stated. “It’s a tough couple of days for them but good enough, they kept focus on football,” he added.

Bbosa’s appointment was met by stiff resistance from a section of fans who vowed to stand in his way by all means including putting him under enormous pressure but he says that only motivates him.

During our playing days, there were crowds than now which meant pressure but we did well. I am motivated by pressure and if it’s that, then it’s welcome for any coach. If we win matches, they will give us support.

SC Villa and Bbosa’s next game is against Proline at the astro turf on Saturday March 4, 2017.
