Kenya’s all female rally crew of Natasha ‘Tash’ Tundo and Chantel Young is looking forward to a great performance from Safari Rally next weekend, 17-18th March.

The ‘rally chics’ as commonly known, head to the toughest rally purposed to finish.

“Safari is an endurance event, so we have to take it steady and make sure the car gets back,” said Tash.

Tundo upgraded to KNRC division two after winning the division three championship last year. She is however counting on Safari rally to score her first Div two points this season.

“We have no points yet for our championship. And this is enough reason for us to go for a finish and keep in the contention,” he added.

Tash and Young will not only feature in Safari as KNRC contenders but also as Africa Rally Championship contenders following their entry earlier last month.

“Honestly, I entered the ARC for exploration. I am planning to do some events outside Kenya. So I thought being an ARC contender would justify my participation else where,” she asserted.

Tash Tundo will drive a Subaru Impreza N10.
