Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Football Club humiliated debutants Kirinya-Jinja S.S 5-1 in a one sided Uganda Premier League match on Saturday at the Phillip Omondi stadium, Lugogo.

Forward Derrick Nsibambi led the rout with a brace.

Other goals from Sulaimon Akinyemi, Geoffrey Sserunkuma (Penalty) and youngster Noel Nasassira propelled Mike Mutebi’s charges to yet another high scoring victory at Lugogo.

Bashir Mutanda, on loan from Vipers scored the consolation from the visitors through a penalty after being fouled by the KCCA skipper Denis Okot Oola.

The victory pushed KCCA to 57 points, five ahead of closest challengers, SC Villa who defeated Soana 2-0 away at the Kavumba Recreational Stadium on the same day.

KCCA remains with three games from which they only need a point to become champions of the domestic league for the 12th time.

KCCA faces relegation battling Lweza in their next league game on Tuesday.
