Kabula Ssaza football team picked their second point in the on-going Airtel Buganda Masaza football tournament.

This was after a barren draw with Ssese at the Lutoboka play ground on the Lake Victoria Islands.

The  Saturday evening fixture marked match day three of the annual tourney marking the 11th year running.

This was the second point earned by Kabula following their goal-less home draw against Buddu last weekend.

Earlier Kabula had lsot 1-0 away to Kooki on the opening weekend of the tourney.

On the other hand, Ssese gets to four points having won 1-0 away to Mawogola last weekend.

Meanwhile, the tournament resumes on Sunday with 7 key note fixtures.

Two unbeaten sides Gomba and  Singo lock horns in their third respective encounters at the Kabulasooke PTC play ground on Sunday afternoon.

Gomba’s last result was that convincing 5-1 result at home to visiting Busujju last Sunday.

The winner of this match will definitely enlighten their chances of progressing out of this competitive group.

In the other matches, former winners Bulemeezi whose last game was a slim 1-0 home victory against Bugerere will this time round host Kyagwe.

Gerald Ssenkungu’s side eyes their second victory in three matches following the opening day 1 all draw away to Bululi.

The other group game will witness Bugerere up against Bululi in Kayunga.

Busiro seeks for their maiden win of the campaign as they play host to Kyadondo at the Ssentema play ground.

The other game will see struggling Buddu, who are win-less in two matches playing at home against an on-form side – Kooki at the Masaka Recreational stadium.

Buddu are the reigning cup holders of the tourney.
