- Al Merriekh 2-1 Ferroviaro Berra
Ugandan international Jamal Salim Magoola was in goal for El Merriekh as they came from a goal down to win 2-1 against Mozambique’s Ferroviaro Beira.
In a fixture played in Omdurman on Tuesday night, Maninho put the visitors in the lead when he slotted past Jamal as early as the 16th minutes but Saadeldin equalised fifteen minutes later before Abdallah won it in the 60th minute.
The win puts the Sudan giants second on the Group A table with four points in as many games while Ferroviaro Berra, on same points are a slot below.
The group is led by Etoile Du Sahel with seven points who play away to another Sudan side, Al Hilal Omdurman on Wednesday in Sudan.
