Time immemorial, the captain of the ship remains the most focused, foresighted, confident and assured person on any sailing vessel over the calm or rough waters.
In the same vein, Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) football club leader, Dennis Okot Oola, like the ship captain remains focused in the right direction for the team.
Okot has reaffirmed the desire and urge for the Ugandans to avenge the first leg 3-0 loss away to Morocco’s Fath Union Sport (FUS) Rabat in the CAF Confederation cup group A encounter on Sunday.
In an exclusive interview with Kawowo Sports, Okot expressed the readiness for his players to work for the desired positive result at home.
“We lost away in Morocco to the same team (FUS Rabat) and now it will be time to pay back in the same currency” he says.
Qualification for knock out stage:
Okot’s prime target among others is to lead the Kampala City bank rolled club to the quarter final stages.
“Winning at home against FUS Rabat will put in a good position with the dream in sight of qualifying for the knock out stages” he added.
KCCA takes on FUS Rabat on Sunday on the Lugogo astro turf.
During the first leg, the Moroccans won 3-0 at their Complexe Sportif Prince Héritier Moulay El Hassan fortress courtesy of goals by Brahim El Bahri, Yusupha O M Njie and Karim Benairif.
Okot missed the first leg in Morocco as well as Saddam Ibrahim Juma, first choice goalkeeper Benjamin Ochan, Muzamiru Mutyaba and Paul Mucureezi.
In the return leg, the five players are all available for selection.
