Ahead of the 2017-18 Uganda Premier League season, Police Football Club continues to beef up their side.
The former league champions has concluded a deal for former Lweza midfielder Juma Balinya.
Balinya signed a two-year employment contract over the weekend.
He joins Norman Ojik who also signed a two deal from relegated Sadolin Paints.
Meanwhile, Abdallah Mubiru coached side recently renewed the contract for striker Hood Kaweesa.
