
Uganda Select Coach Steve Tikolo scored a brilliant half century to help Hersh Gibbs XI defeat Micheal Vaughan’s XI by 3 wickets.

The Micheal Vaughan XI won the toss and chose to bat even though they lost Aly Shale off the first ball, Sam Billings delivered some nasty with Micheal Vaughan scoring freely in the T20 game.
Sam Billings was bowled and Vaughan fell to the bowling of Uganda coach Steve Tikolo but with the Vaughan XI posting a huge total of 185. Uganda Select XI captain Roger Mukasa also batted well for the Vaughan XI.
In the chase Gibbs looked money’s worth in his brief cameo before Sam Billings plucked his six out of the sky to end his innings but Steve Tikolo and Ed Pearson combined to deliver the 3 wicket win for the Gibbs XI with both scoring half centuries. Former Kenyan Captain Jimmy Kamande also featured for the Hersh Gibbs XI.
The Cricket Builds Hope main final will be played tomorrow between the Uganda Select XI and the Chris Shale XI in the afternoon.
The plate final will be first in the morning between Gunnies XI and Kenya U19 XI.
