Two teams hoping to get back to winning ways face off on Tuesday as URA host Soana at the Mandela National Stadium, Namboole.
The hosts, after recording their third win of the campaign at Masavu last week on Wednesday lost to Uganda Premier League leaders Police in the Namboole derby over the weekend. URA took the lead in that game, but surrendered it and eventually lost 2-1, making it four losses for the side this term.
Soana on the other hand suffered their biggest defeat of the campaign in form of a 4-0 loss to champions KCCA, in a game Shaban Mohammed notched a hat-trick.
The Kavumba side, still without a coach had not lost in five games, winning two of those, but were overwhelmed by the reigning champions, who handed them their first home defeat of the season and fourth overall.
Soana head to Namboole with only one away win to their name this term, but they’ll be hopeful of a positive result as URA haven’t really convinced anywhere this season with the 4-0 thumping of struggling Bul last month the only exception.
The tax collectors have managed only two victories at home; the last of which was that 4-0 win against Bul.
Alike the home team, Soana have only three wins this season.
The two sides head into this game level on points [13], but the hosts are placed ninth, two places ahead of their opponents on goal difference.
