Kamuli Select host former league champions Police FC in a trial game on Thursday.

This was confirmed by Police FC Coach Abdallah Mubiru who stated the game will be crucial in testing his charges ahead of the Uganda Cup tie against Greater Masaka and the second round of the league.

“Such trial games give the boys match situations which is nice,” said Mubiru.

Mubiru, whose side came from two goals down to beat FUFA Big League side, Ntinda United 5-3 at Kibuli on Wednesday morning confirmed the team will move with 15 players.

“We shall only use fifteen players for the team,” he stated.

Besides Aggrey Madoi and Rahmat Ssenfuka who have just returned from national duty, strikers Norman Ogik, Basani Saafi and defenders Paul Willa and Tayimour Kimera are all left out.

New signings Pius Kagwa and Mufti Shafik Luzinda, scorer in the win over Ntinda United are part of the team.

Police FC ended the first round in 5th position with 24 points, eight behind leaders SC Villa.
