A third Ugandan footballer has moved to India in a space of one month.

Striker Henry Kisekka, who has been playing for Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) Football Club joins India I-League club Gokulam Kerala F.C.

The development was confirmed to Kawowo Sports on Tuesday by the player’s representative, Daniel Ntale.

Yes. Henry Kisekka’s paper work has been completed. He secured the visa and work permit. He is now set to get into action

For starters, Mudde completed his move to Gokulam Kerala Football Club over a fortnight ago as a free agent following successful stints in the Kenyan Premier League at Bandari and AFC Leopards.

Ugandan midfielder Kezironi Kizito joined Indian Super league club Kerala Blaster F.C,  a club owned by Blasters Sports Pvt Limited and former cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar.

Kisekka, 31, had returned home when he signed a short contract with the tax collectors in September 2018, scoring four goals.

Capped four times for the Uganda Cranes, with two goals to his name, the big center forward has previously played at SC Villa Jogoo  and Uganda Revenue Authority in Uganda.

The hard working albeit soft spoken gangly center forward also enjoyed quality playing time in Vietnam with Báo Quảng Nam, Dong Nai, Quang Nam, Long An, Hoa Phat Ha Noi and lately XSKT Can Tho F.C.

At George Bino’s coached Gokulam Kerala, Kisekka joins a passionate club owned by the Sree Gokulam Group.

This coming Sunday (4th February 2018), Gokulam travels away from home to the Khuman Lampak Main Stadium in Imphal against Neroca.

During their immediate past match, Gokulam Kerala scored a last minute gasp winner in their 3-2 home victory against Shillong Lajong at the EMS Stadium, in Calicut.

Mudde assisted Arjun Jayaraj who fired home in stoppage time for the much needed winner.
