Muzamiru Mutyaba is adamant KCCA will knock out St. George of Ethiopia in the CAF Champions League stating the side are no longer intimidating.
The midfielder is part of the Kasasiro squad that travelled to Addis to face the Ethiopian champions in the first leg of the pre-group stages of the CAF Champions League.
The former SC Victoria University and Maroons midfielder is however concerned by the weather in Addis.
“We played there in Cecafa (that Uganda Cranes won in 2015) but we were freezing,” he told Daily Monitor. “That said, St George is no longer the intimidating force they were some years ago,” he added.
“We have the advantage of starting well in Addis Ababa and finishing off the job at home where we are yet to lose.
Mutyaba returned to the KCCA team in the 1-0 win over Soana in the league but withdrawn midway the first half.
The Ugandan international also admits he isn’t yet fully fit but available to help team.
“I can’t say am 100 percent fit now but at least I can make an impact on the team as we chase the league, Uganda cup and Caf group stage slot.
Mutyaba has been on and off this season thanks to injuries and has only scored two goals this season.
