Management of Nyamitybora Football Club has suspended five players over acts of indiscipline.

The players in question are goalkeeper Hilary Jomi, strikers John Wesley Kisakye, Patrick Gonahasa, hard tackling midfielder Ivan Mbowa and dread-locked midfielder Ibrahim Massa.

The development was confirmed by the club president Ben Immanuel Misagga.

The suspension of these players is because of indiscipline and inciting others with bad influence. Their primary duty is to play football.

Jomi has been the club’s first choice goalie since the suspension of Franco Oringa who as implicated of betting the club’s matches alongside former captain and right back Henry Wamala.

Kisakye who was recruited from Onduparaka is according to Misagga accused of squandering club finances meant for processing his personal national identification card.

Senior players Gonahasa, Mbowa and Massa are accused of master minding internal revolts amongst the players to rebel against management and technical department.

There is a school of thought that the suspended players were ring leaders as they demanded for their salary arrears, for as many as three months (September, October and November)

Misagga declines owing any monies to the players in salaries or allowances.

We made all payments for the outstanding balances in allowances and salaries. The only month yet to be paid is December 2018.
