SC Villa assistant coach Simon Mugerwa was pleased with his team’s performance against rivals Express although he feels they deserved better.

The Jogoos were dominant at Wankulukuku but went down in the 78th minute to Disan Galiwango’s goal before Shafik Bakaki equalised for the visitors.

“It was a good performance and a point,” he said. “We spent of time in their half although it’s frustrating that we concede almost the same type of goal in every game,” added Mugerwa.

“We are going to work to improve our general defending in the subsequent games. We can win matches because we score in every game.”

SC Villa are now three points above relegation zone and face their closest rivals for survival, Ndejje University at Namboole on Tuesday.
