
A Ugandan, Justus Mugisha has been named head of the World School Football Technical Committee.
The vastly experienced Ugandan was confirmed in the position during a special congress in Belgrade, Serbia.

World School Football Technical Committee. A team of highly experienced individuals from across the world that I am fortunate enough to head as President.

Mugisha is a graduate of Education from Makerere University has a rich fort folio in football administration and management.
He is the President of the Federation East Africa Secondary Schools Sports Associations (FEASSSA), first vice president of the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA), where he is also an executive committee member as well as head of projects.
Mugisha is co-director at sports giants Standard High School, Zana.
He is also treasurer of the Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA).
He thus becomes the first Ugandan, East African and African to hold the presidency of the world school football technical committee.
