Ronald Sebuguzi kept within the tight competition of the Masaka rally securing a podium finish that extended his championship points advantage. 

Sebuguzi and Leon Ssenyange maintained their day one finish to claim a second position overall bagging 80 points. 

After Masaka rally, Sebuguzi not only maintained the lead at 240 points but also extended the points advantage to 60 points ahead of Hassan Alwi. 

Sebuguzi is pursuing a fourth national rally championship. A top finish from the remaining four events could hand him the title. 

Hassan Alwi may not have had the best from the Masaka rally, but he collected just enough points that kept him in second position on the NRC leaderboard. 

Ponsiano Lwakataka and Jas Mangat tie in third position with 160 points after three points. 

Yasin Nasser drops to fifth position while Christakis Fitidis completes the top six NRC standings.
