Councillor Kibirige Tadeo
Sports is of benefit because it helps to unite the people regardless of political affiliation or race. Also, this festival has helped to scout raw talents that can be developed further.

This year’s Nakiwogo sports festival was also graced by the Entebbe Municipality deputy mayor Richard Ssenyondo, Maggwa Ssali (DP spokesman in Entebbe) and other local leaders.
Such initiatives help in the development of sports from the grass-roots. I thank the main organizer, Councillor Kibirige and the other people who have helped.
Richard Ssenyondo, Entebbe Deputy Mayor

Last year, Saviour football team won the tournament.
