Soltilo Bright Stars Football Club maintained their rich vein of form, rallying from a goal down to overcome Express 2-1 at the Kavumba Recreational Stadium in Wakiso.
On match day 19 of the Uganda Premier League, Express took the lead through Ibrahim Kayiwa in the 42nd minute.
Soltilo Bright Stars then staged a late come back, scoring through Samuel Kayongo Ssekamatte and second half substitute Emmanuel Loki in the 76th and 86th minutes respectively.

Both of Soltilo Bright Stars’ goals arrived from decent assists of left back Simon Ssemayange who was named the pilsner man of the match.
Express had Charles Musiige cautioned in the 32nd minute.

Soltilo Bright Stars’ Andrew Kyambadde, Methodius Jjungu, Derrick Kiggundu and Joseph Akandwanaho were all booked.
Ssemayange was named the pilsner man of the match for the superb performance in the game.

This victory enabled Soltilo Bright Stars to climb to 6th on the 16 team log with 29 points.
Express suffered their second defeat of the season and remain on 37 points from 19 matches.
Meanwhile, Vipers played to a non-scoring draw with visiting Wakiso Giants at the St Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.
MYDA registered a morale boosting win, condemning Onduparaka 3-2 in Arua.
Kyetume beat visiting Busoga 1-0 at the Nakisunga play ground and BUL emerged winner, 4-3 over army side UPDF.
