Express FC have no room for error when they make a trip to Kitende to face champions Vipers SC in a first vs third clash on Friday.

The visitors have won none of their previous three outings and understand that defeat at Kitende will all but end their title hopes as it Vipers will open a nine point gap over them.

“We understand the importance of the game given the gap between us and Vipers,” said Bbosa. “We go three looking for nothing but maximum points and we believe we can achieve it,” he added.

Vipers were held to a goalless draw by Wakiso Giants on Tuesday and will seek to immediately bounce back as falling to Express FC could see them cede ground to URA in the race.

“This is more like a defeat because our target is to win all home games,” said Coach Fred Kajoba after the Wakiso Giants game. “For now, all focus is on beating Express FC,” he added.
