Buganda region club Kajjansi United humbled FUFA Big League side Malaba Youth Development Association (MYDA) 3-0 during the round of 64 in the Stanbic Uganda Cup at the re-greened Uganda Clays playground, Kajjansi on Wednesday, January 19, 2022.
John Wesley “Neymar” Kisakye struck a brace and Joseph “Big League” Shisha added the other for the dominant home side before a reason cheerful crowd.
Kisakye gave the “Ababumbi” the lead through a well struck penalty past goalkeeper Isaac Okware Osikol in the 12th minute.
The former Lweza, Entebbe and Nyamityobora forward placed the ball to goalie Okware’s left as he dived the wrong way.
The penalty was awarded by referee Vincent Kavuma after a foul by defender Brandy Lojum on the immensely gifted Marvin Nyanzi in the forbidden area.

Ssisha tapped home from close range on the hour mark after enterprising donkey work by captain Farouk Musisi on the left flank.
The final goal arrived with 10 minutes to play, Kisakye stabbing the home following a goal melee.
Ssisha would have easily made it four with his would be brace but the wood-work prevented the effort.
Kajjansi United who had only one substitute player (Ismail Kazibwe) makes it to the round of 32 stage where they are guaranteed of at least Shs 2,000,000.

In the other results on the same day, North East regional side Tepa humbled Seeta United 3-1 at the Paul Mukasa Primary School playground in Mukono.
Veteran forward Julius Ogwanga, formerly at Express among other clubs scored a brace with Juma Valentino Tandema adding the other.
Elsewhere, top tier club Wakiso Giants edged Buganda regional side Kiyinda Boys 1-0 at the Ssaza ground in Mityana.
Moses Aliro Okabo, formerly at Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) scored the all-important goal.
The round of 64 continues on Thursday, 20th January 2022 with a single fixture.
Bushenyi Veterans host Uganda Premier League out-fit Police at the Bushenyi main stadium.
Paints gurus Kansai Plascon and banking institution Stanbic Bank are the tournament sponsors.
