Overview:
C-Care IHK will be providing all the necessary medical assistance to the participants at the different outings of the 2022-2023 Corporate Games with timely first aid and other services as well.
The third outing of the 2022 Corporate Games held on Sunday, 11th September at the Kyambogo Cricket Oval had key stand-out moments.
First things first, it was yet another golden opportunity for the corporate family to converge, sweat out and associate like the norm has been since June 2022.
This time round, yet another company in C-Care was officially unveiled as a medical partner for the 2022-2023 season.

C-Care IHK will be providing all the necessary medical assistance to the participants with timely first aid and other services as well.
They join other partners as UBC, NEC Uzima water, NODE, Radio 4, Nation Media Group among others.
On a bright note, C-Care IHK won the overall female category in athletics.
Ministry of internal affairs were winners of the male section.

Away from athletics, the corporates were also engaged in football and woodball practice as well.
In some of the games payed; C-Care IHK’s colorful day continued with a 2-1 slim win over Joint Medical Stores (JMS) with Gerald Gimugu’s brace.
Eric Kyeswa scored the only goal for JMS.
C-Care IHK also won 1-0 against Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT) as Sanana Ssiwa netted the all-important goal.
On a grey patch, C-Care fell 0-2 apiece to Uganda Baati and Royal Van Zanteen (RVZ).
Goals from Derrick Buteera and Umar Kasango inspired Uganda Baati.

Uganda Baati humiliated Smart Applications 8-1 in a one sided duel.
Charles Musoke and Buteera led the goal scoring galore with a hat-trick apiece before Annet’s brace as a one Isaac pulled back the consolation for Smart Applications.
Uganda Baati, too, recorded a 3-1 win over the Joint Medical Stores (JMS) courtesy of goals by Francis Omedo, Umaru Asagol and an own goal.
A one Jonah scored JMS’s lone goal.
Smart Applications was also on the receiving end as they fell 1-6 and 1-4 to UNBS and Nation Media Group respectively.
UNBS’ six goals arrived in varying fashion via Bakeri Kimera, Richard Otim, Patience Kisaka, Rogers Ssenabulya and Shadrack Omerikol whilst Martin Turyarugako found the consolation for Smart Applications.
Derrick Wandera (2), Eddie Kintu and Brian Kayondo scored for Nation Media Group against Smart Applications whose only goal came from a lady, Sharon Munguneti.
Uganda Airlines fell 0-5 to Royal Van Zanteen (RVZ), UNBS lost 0-4 to Joint Medical Stores (JMS).
In other results, Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT) overcame Ministry of Internal Affairs 2-0, RVZ edged Uganda Industrial Research Institute (UIRI) 2-0.

Driving school gurus Prestige Auto had two identical 2-1 victories over UAP Old Mutual and UNBS before outsmarting Uganda Industrial Research Institute (UIRI) 1-0.
Daniel Ineget and Lasto Kaggwa scored for Prestige Auto with Ivan Ssimbwa finding the consolation for UAP Old Mutual.
Nelson Muwonge scored the lone strike for Prestige against UIRI.

UBC and Uganda Airlines shared the spoils during a four goal thrilling stalemate.
Uganda Airlines’ Simon Adego notched a brace with Kabagambe and Ssekamatte responding in the same currency for the national broadcasters, UBC.
Nation Media Group (NMG) and Rapid Advisory Services each earned a point following a 1-all draw.
Isaac Mwebase scored for Rapid Advisory Services with Confidence replying for NMG.
Another all square game witnessed Nation Media Group and the Ministry of Internal Affairs in a non-scoring affair officiated by referee Dennis Kintu.
In this very match, referee Kintu issued out an odd caution to Eric Alex for unsporting conduct.

Once again the key objectives of the Corporate Games were achieved to rhyme with keeping fit and healthy through exercising, provision of a platform for marketing, continued awareness of different organizations and an opportunity where the respective employees can keep engaged and team build with one another.
Steven Mutebi, an employee of Uganda Airlines serving as a Unit Load Device (ULD) Controller hailed the organization of the Corporate Games.
“Sincerely, the Corporate Games are wonderful. They are a great avenue to meet new and old friends, associate, merry-make and play football to keep fit among other activities. I encourage other companies out other to enjoy this worthy cause” Mutebi, a keen football addict revealed.
Mutebi and so many other corporates cannot wait for the fourth outing of the season come the first Sunday of October on 2nd, still at Kyambogo Cricket oval.
