Kibuli Secondary School industrious left back Juma Sajjabi has signed with FUFA Big League entity
Sajjabi in his late teens, put pen to paper for a three-year tenure; with options of renewal upon satisfactory performances.
He expressed his gratitude upon joining the entity christened as “The Rangers”.

“I am excited to join Lugazi Football Club” he exclaimed. “The family at the club has been welcoming and I believe this is a bold step in my career” the S6 student at football powerhouse Kibuli S.S adds.

His ball interception skills, heading skills and odd long diagonal passes have often elevated him above ordinary left wing-backs.

At Kibuli S.S, he is in senior six class studying Geography, Information Computer Technology (ICT), Fine Art and Luganda subjects; confessing he will easily balance class and football duties.
“I will balance my time for school and club duties at Lugazi Football Club. I am ready for the task at hand” Sajjabi who captained Kibuli S.S at the World ISF Games in Morocco last year discloses.
Sajjabi won the East Africa Secondary Schools Sports Association (FEASSSA) Games football trophy with Kibuli S.S in 2022, the same year he also played at Gomba Ssaza team.
He joins Lugazi Football Club at the time they are on a mission to attain promotion to the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.

At the left back role, he will be in direct competition with another mid-season signing Richard Ayiko and Derrick Ochen.
The trio will provide the head coach Richard Makumbi and his technical staff the healthy selection headache during match days.
In the secondary transfer epoch, Lugazi Football Club also poached former Sports Club Villa midfielder Ali Arshavin Bayo.
