Overview:

Schools from Mukono, Kayunga and Buikwe districts will compete for the available three slots for the nationals at Masaka City.

  • Competition: Buikwe Zone (Boys Football – USSSA)
  • Dates: 13th & 14th April 2024
  • Venues: Buikwe Playground (Group A); Nyenga Playground (Group B), St Andrew’s Playground (Group C), Allied Teacher’s Stadium (Group D)

The 2024 Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) boys’ football zonal championship for Greater Mukono region kicks off on Saturday, 13th April.

Different playgrounds in Buikwe district will be used as; Buikwe Playground, Nyega Playground, St Andrew’s Playground and Allied Teacher’s Stadium.

Group pools:

In group A there is newly crowned Kayunga district champions St Mathias Kalemba SS, Mpoma Royal College, Quality High School and Central College.

This will be based at the Buikwe playground.

Group B has Mehta S.S, Vision For Africa, St Mark High School and Dynamic SS Sonde, stationed at Nyenga playground.

The schools in group C include; Mukono Kings High School, Namagabi Secondary School and Lugazi Homeland SS, Mukono High at St Andrew’s playground.

St Julian High School, Rehoboth Integrated, Mt Camel SS and St John’s Kauga are in group D, stationed at Allied Teacher’s stadium.
