Across the three groups; Bulange, Masengere and Muganzirwazza; the goals were scarce.

Pius Ssebulime was on target for Buddu. The Buddu captain was also named the man of the match.
Bugerere fell 0-1 at home to visiting Buluuli. Buluuli’s goal was scored by Robert Ssewanyana.
Jacob Opar was named man of the match and handled a plaque.
Kyaggwe overcame Kooki 1-0 courtesy of Ivan Bravo Kalyowa’s strike.
Goalkeeper Elton Mwidu of Kyaggwe was named man of the match.

Augustine Olowo (Buvuma) earned the man of the match plaque for the exceptional performance.
Butambala and visiting Kyadondo were all square in a non-scoring draw.
The tournament takes a week-long break and match day six will come on the weekend of 10th and 11th August 2024.
