URA FC played to yet another draw on Wednesday following their visit to Lugazi FC as Matchday 4 of the 2025/26 Uganda Premier League season got underway.

The Tax Collectors are yet to win a game this season and once again saw their game end in a stalemate today.

URA has now drawn against BUL FC (0-0), NEC FC (1-1), Express FC (1-1) and Lugazi FC (0-0).

In a game with limited scoring opportunities, neither of the two teams was able to find the breakthrough.

URA’s skipper Moses Aliro got close to scoring in the 39th minute but was unlucky with his ferocious strike ricocheting off the upright.

Three minutes later, Nelson Ssenkatuka had an opportunity to break the deadlock. Aliro’s cross found him unmarked at the far post, but his header was cleared off the line by defender Richard Ayiko.

For Lugazi, the best chances fell to David Bagoole and Amos Etoju at different intervals in the first half.

Bagoole’s strike from just outside the area glanced off the crossbar while Etoju saw his effort hit the post.

The result leaves URA FC in seventh place on four points while Lugazi move up to third place on five points.

The Tax Collectors will return to action on Wednesday next week at home to UPDF FC while Lugazi, on the other hand, will make a long trip to Hoima to face Kitara FC.
