The Uganda U-17 National Team (Uganda Cubs) final 23-man squad has been named ahead of the CECAFA U-17 AFCON Zonal Qualifiers.
Uganda are the defending champion of this tournament and would throw everything on the line to fight for a ticket to AFCON.
After a busy schedule in a camp held at FUFA Technical Centre, Uganda Cubs head coach Laryea Kingston has been able to name a 23-man squad.
The squad is made up of three goalkeepers, eight defenders, eight midfielders and four strikers.
Uganda was pitted in Group B alongside Tanzania, Burundi, Sudan and Djibouti. Uganda’s action will get underway with Burundi on Saturday, November 15.
