Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF) played to a one-all draw with visiting Kitara at the Military Barracks stadium in Bombo on Friday, 6th March 2026.

Following a goal-less first half, the game came to life in the final twenty minutes of the game.

Mid-season signing Ivan Bogere opened the scoring business in the 71st minute.

Living Kabon struck a penalty with ten minutes to play after forward Muhammed Shaban had been brought down in the goal area.

A point attained from the match helped Kitara close the gap from leaders Vipers to one point as they have fetched 40 points from 19 matches.

UPDF played to their 4th draw of the season, making to it 13 points from 19 matches played.

Meanwhile, BUL condemned Calvary to their 14th loss of the season with 5-1 victory, remaining on just 5 points garnered from 19 outings.

Isaac Wagoina struck a hat-trick as Jeromy Kirya and Karim Ndugwa added one goal apiece.

Emmanuel Ojok scored the consolation for Calvary.

At the Lugazi stadium in Najjembe, Lugazi suffered a 2-0 home loss to NEC.

Samuel Ssekamatte Kayongo scored a double for the visitors who secured their 7th victory in 19 duels that takes them to 30 points.
