Busitema University held Nkumba University to a 1-all stalemate during Group C of the Pepsi University Football League on Monday, 9th March 2026.

Flying left back Ismael Lubega put Nkumba University the lead with a well struck penalty in the 8th minute.

Jordan Othieno struck the equalizer in the 70th minute after Shannon Owino’s donkey-work.

Busitema earned their first point in the campaign an Nkumba Univeristy now has 4 points from 3 matches.

Islamic University In Uganda (IUIU) will play host to Kumi in Mbale on Tuesday 10th March 2026.

Wednesday, 11th March 2026 has a double header in Lira and Gulu.

Lira University hosts MUBS in Lira and Gulu University will square up against St Lawrence University in Gulu city.

Ndejje University humiliated King Ceasor University 4-0 in Group E last Saturday.

Joseph Mutaka scored a brace as Joel Olupot and Frank Ssemakula added a goal apiece.

Olupot put the visiting side ahead in the 26th minute. Mutaka doubled the scores two minutes after the half hour mark and completed his brace two minutes later as Ndejje University led the opening stanza 3-0.

In the second half, Ssemakula scored with 14 minutes left to play to earn maximum points.

These was Ndejje University’s second victory of the season as they remain unbeaten and make it 8 points, one shy from the leaders Makerere University in Group E.

King Ceasor remains win-less in four games, having lost all the games.
