- Muteesa 1 Royal University 1-0 Uganda Martyrs University Nkozi (Muteesa 1 Royal University qualified on away goal’s rule after 2-all aggregate score)
- Bugema University 0-0 Kampala University (Kampala University qualified after 1-1 aggregate score, on away goal’s rule)

First Leg Results:
- Kumi University 1-1 YMCA
- St Lawrence University 2-1 Ndejje University
Muteesa 1 Royal University qualified to the semi-finals of the 2025/26 Pepsi University Football League.
This was the first time that Muteesa 1 Royal University made it to the last four stage of this competition.
This followed a spirited 1-0 home victory over Uganda Martyrs’ University, Nkozi in Masaka during the return leg of the quarterfinals.
Ali Lutwama struck home the all-important goal, a well converted penalty in the 48th minute.
Lutwama had also had the consolation during the first leg in Nkozi with a stoppage minute penalty.
Muteesa 1 Royal University made it 2-all on aggregate, and qualified on the away goal’s rule, joining Kampala University (KU) who eliminated Bugema University.

On Wednesday, 1st April 2026; Ndejje University hosts St Lawrence University at Hamz stadium (Nakivubo War Memorial grounds), a neutral venue for the two institutions.
Ndejje University lost the first leg 1-2 at Kavule. Ronnie Ziraba and Sharafah Mukiibi were on target for St Lawrence University whilst Davis Musinguzi found the consolation for Ndejje University.
The Pepsi University Football League is organized by Red Rhino Group, funded by Crown Beverages Limited under the Pepsi brand.
Over the years, this league has garnered popularity for the ability to give talented university students a viable platform to showcase and nurture their football talents through a competitive environment.
In the same vein, a number of coaches, administrators, media personalities and passionate fans have been groomed through this league.
This league is played by players below the age of 26 years and they have to be active enrolled students at the different universities in the box.
