Relegation-threatened Buhimba United want to end their unwanted losing streak when they host Express at Royals’ Park Butema on Friday.
The league newcomers who dropped to the base of the 16-team standings after Calvary’s win over Police are on a nine-match losing streak and are winless in 14 matches [D2].
Against Express, they will hope to halt that run, pick maximum points and enhance survival chances as three points will lift them to 15th position and only three adrift of safety positions with three matches to play.
Meanwhile, Express, 10th on the log with 30 points want a return to winning ways to enhance chances of finishing in the top eight.
The Red Eagles won the reverse fixture 3-1 at Hamz stadium, Nakivubo and will be favourites at Butema.
In the other matches on the day, Villa host BUL at Mutesa II stadium, Wankulukuku, while Vipers are at home against limping URA.
