Uganda Premier League side, Vipers SC has confirmed the acquisition of lanky defender, Nicholas Mwere who joins from BUL FC.
The development was confirmed today, Friday, July 3 via the club’s official club website.
“UPL champions Vipers SC are delighted to announce the signing of versatile defender Nicholas Mwere,” the statement partly reads.
Mwere has put pen to paper on a two-year employment contract that will keep him at the Kitende-based side until 2028.
He becomes Vipers’ third signing in the ongoing transfer window following the arrival of exciting midfielder, Joel Sserunjogi and experienced defender Jacques Mangoba.
Vipers continue to prepare for yet another demanding campaign that will see them take part in the continental CAF Champions League, CECAFA Kagame Cup, Uganda Premier League and Uganda Cup.
