Jackson Nunda

Maroons Football Club stylish midfielder Jackson Nunda scored a beauty from 35 yards during the 4-1 victory over newly promoted Kataka at the Mutesa II Wankulukuku stadium on Tuesday, 20th October 2026.

Moments after being introduced as a second half substitute Nunda’s touch on the ball and off ball movements were pronounced.

The former KCCA midfielder looked on disbelief as his deft cheeky chip kissed the crossbar before launching a venomous shot from distance that eluded goalkeeper Solomon Okello for Maroons’ fourth goal on the sunny evening.

“I am humbled to score and contribute positively to the team’s victory” the silent assassin commented after the game.

Maroons registered their third victory of the season in 7 outings as they climbed to 6th place with 10 points.
