The Draw for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations was held on Monday, 27th January in Rabat, Morocco.
With the draw function conducted successfully, this is the time to look at the finer details of where each group and team will be based.
The Tournament will be held in 6 Moroccan cities of Rabat, Casablanca, Marrakech, Agadir, Fes and Tangier.
Nine stadiums will be used for the games with Rabat the capital city having the most (4).
The Stadiums include;
1- Complex Sportif Prince Moulay Abdellah
2- Stade Olympique Annexe Complexe Sportif Prince Moulay Abdellah
3- Stade Al Barid
4- Complexe Sportif Prince Heritier Moulay El Hassan
5 – Complexe Sportif Mohammed V
6 – Grand Stade D’Agadir
7 – Grand Stade De Marrakech
8 – Complexe Sportif De Fes
9 – Grand Stade De Tanger
The opening and final matches will be held at the 69,500-capacity Complex Sportif Prince Moulay Abdellah in Rabat.
The 3rd Place game on the other hand will be held in Casablanca.
No stadium will host more than one match a day throughout the tournament.
For the second time, CAF has confirmed Team Base Camps where each team has been allocated a 5-star or higher hotel and a training ground. A similar arrangement was done at the 2023 AFCON in Ivory Coast.
The Draw to allocate team hotels was made on Sunday. However, the allocations are subject to changes.
