Entebbe UPPC’s eight match streak without conceding a league goals come under scrutiny at Kitara as the two teams clash on Tuesday.

The fixture comes seven days after Kitara beat Entebbe UPPC 2-0 at the same venue to eliminate them from the Stanbic Uganda Cup, a result that ended nine match clean sheet streak in all competitions.

The hosts are not only buoyed by that result but also the availability of new signings Muhammad Shaban, Edson Agondze and Kabon Living who are in line to debut adding more fire power for Wasswa Bbosa.

Both sides are seen as valid title contenders with Kitara just two points leaders Vipers and understand that victory here will take them above the Venoms at least for four hours as the champions entertain Lugazi later under floodlights.

Abdallah Mubiru’s side are also just four points behind in the race and victory will see them leapfrog the Royals.

Ambrose Kigozi who jointly leads the goal scoring charts will be key for the visitors if they are to leave Hoima with a decent result.
