- Kitara VS Bunyaruguru United – Royal Park – Butema, Hoima
- Express FC VS Red Devo FC – Hamz Stadium (Nakivubo War Memorial grounds)
- Vipers Sports Club VS Iganga United – St Mary’s Stadium, Kitende
- Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) VS Tapoh – Hamz Stadium (Nakivubo War Memorial grounds)

The 2025/26 Stanbic Uganda Cup round of 16 draw was held on the morning of Thursday, 5th March 2026 at FUFA House in Mengo, Kampala city.
At stake are berths for the quarter finals for the successful eight clubs that will have qualified.
Two topflight clubs; Sports Club Villa and Maroons will square up at this stage.
Holders Vipers play FUFA Big league side Iganga United at St Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.
Former winners KCCA also plays second tier Onduparaka. Kitara host Bunyaruguru United at their Butema fortress.
Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) will face off with North-East regional side Tapoh at Hamz stadium (Nakivubo War Memorial grounds).
Happy Boyz Kagaba face Six O’clock in a clash of two lower division regional sides at Kassanda.
NEC Football Club, under head coach Badru Kaddu faced either Lugazi or Police.
There is still a pending judicial matter to be settled between Lugazi and Police. Lugazi beat Police 2-0 but there was a complaint filed by Police alleging Umar Kyabatala of being double licensed in the same competition.
The said player had also featured for Football Classroom in the earlier rounds, against Red Ants.
The round of 16 matches will be played between 16th and 20th March 2026 with the FUFA Competitions department expected to confirm the fixures and venues in the due course.
The winner of the Uganda Cup earns a ticket to play at the CAF Confederation Cup.
