Entebbe Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation (UPPC) Football Club defeated UPDF 2-0 during the 2025-26 Uganda Premier League on match day 27 at the lake-side Fisheries Training Institute playground, Bugonga on Thursday, 7th May 2026.
Issa Bugembe and Muhammed Kyeyune scored in either half for the printers during the delayed kick-off on a sunny afternoon.
Bugembe bulleted home the opener just after three minutes past goalkeeper Richard Anyama.

Second half substitute Kyeyune executed a low drive free-kick at the back of the net with two minutes to play.
Bugembe set the ball rolling for the hosts with a great shot as he approached the goal area in the third minute.
The home side remained dominant and in the 10th minute, Entebbe UPPC skipper on the day Julius Poloto laId the ball inside the goal area but UPDF defender Edward Satulo cleared the ball to safety.
An on-rushing Noordin Bunjo slid as he attempted to tap the rebound.

On the quarter hour mark, UPDF young midfielder Enrique Lubwama had a shot blocked by a forest of legs before skipper Joseph Janjali shot over the rebound.
Three minutes later, Bunjo beat the off-side trap before he delivered a low cross that goalkeeper Richard Anyama tamed easily.
Anyama was once again alert, collecting a distant shot from left back Eric Ssenjobe in the 27th minute.
On the half hour mark, UPDF lead forward Ivan Bogere shot way over the hosts’ goal frame from 30 yards.
Three minutes later, John Kokas Alou led a quick counter attack, laying the ball for Ambrose Kigozi but the latter was slower to make contact.
Kigozi also had a weak tapped in ball well tamed after a Poloto inviting cross from the right flank.
Bugembe maintained the impressive showing on the sunny afternoon with a distant shot off the weaker left foot missing target.
UPDF’s midfielder Frank Mugisa got cautioned for a late challenge towards the end of the opening half.
The visitors commenced the final stanza on a bright note. Forward Ivan Bogere suffered a knock by Entebbe UPPC defender George Kiryowa in the early stages.
Emmanuel Ochen (UPDF) forced a save from goalkeeper Denis Otim.
The visitors made a change on the hour mark when midfielder Lubwama paved way for Kigozi.
Bogere once again tested goalie Otim in the 65th minute before Bugembe shot on the post from an acute angle with twenty minutes to play.
Entebbe UPPC substitute Nasur Saddick shot way off target moments after being introduced. Poloto was replaced by Muhammed Kyeyune
With 5 minutes to play, UPDF defender Edward Satulo got cautioned for a foul and Kyeyune made no mistake with a well drilled free-kick to make it two for the Printers.
Tempers flared at the final whistle as angry UPDF officials attacked the match officials over alleged “biased” officiation.
