KICC Vs Pioneer
Pioneer and KICC are assured of life in Div 1 next year after the former picked free points off Wanderers.
The title charge for KICC ran out of steam after they were beaten by rivals Olila High but a win on Sunday can help them consolidate 3rd place.
Pioneer are 5th on the log just behind Wanderers and if they can overcome KICC they can jump ahead of Wanderers and even KICC.
KICC have had the better campaign winning their 1st 2 games to put them in contention for the title but back to back defeats to Jinja SSS and Olila High derailed their progress however, they will be satisfied with their efforts this campaign.
They were bookmakers favorites for relegation when the 50 over season started but against all odds they are ahead of previous winners Wanderers, Pioneer and defending champions Tornado Bee.
Former winners Pioneer just survived relegation after they defeated Tornado Bee and then collecting free points against Wanderers.
If they had lost to Wanderers they would have come into this game needing to win and survive relegation but as is they are safe till next year. They can finish ahead of Wanderers if they win and Wanderers fails to beat Olila High in Jinja.
