The streets of Uganda’s capital, Kampala will be filled with runners as they embrace the ninth edition of the MTN Kampala Marathon on Sunday. It is one thing that brings people from different walks of life to run for a charity – with this year’s main reason to boost access to safe water in Kiryandongo resettlement camp for land slide affected communities relocated from Bududa by government.
These people’s touching will force over 16000 runners thrive and encounter challenges in the 10km, 21km and 42km races. But as we try to meet grace the roads, we ought to note a few things;
