The two nations are tied in everything ranging from goal difference to head to head and according to the tournaments rule, only a coin toss remains as the option to separate the two.
Both have played three games, won twice, drew once scoring five goals and conceded one goal in the process.

Meanwhile, a coin toss may still be needed to determine who wins group C as champions Uganda and Sudan are still tied on everything with a duel against each other to come on Thursday.
