KCCA Leopards 49-6 A1 Challenge
Moreen Amoding’s last attempt of the game drew steel but the shooting guard made an impression on her return to A1 Challenge.
Amonding poured in game high 22 points and 11 rebounds but a rejuvenated A1 fell short at the Lugogo Indoor stadium.
KCCA took the first quarter 14-8, A1 rallied back in the next two quarters to go into the fourth quarter 36-35.
Inspired by Flavia Oketcho (16 points) and Martha Soigi (12 points) KCCA got off to a winning start to defending the championship.

KCCA were without star forward and MVP, Claire Lamunu on the floor but he supported teammates from court side
A1 will face Nkumba Lady Marines while KCCA play Gadiators next.
