Muganga had been lured to Nyamityobora by former coach Charles Ayiekho Lukula.
When Ayiekho left the Mbarara club at the onset of this month, he had convinced Muganga to move along with him to Jinja, what the player did.

“The player is free to decide what he wants although I must admit, I was disappointed by the decision taken,” Ayiekho said.
At Nyamityobora, he re-joins a couple of players who have been at the club like Yusuf Abato, Douglas, Abdallah Bajope, left back Benjamin Mugisha, Lameck Ebong and pacy winger Charles Ssebutinde (son to Express head coach Charles Ssebutinde).
Now coached by Alex Isabirye, Nyamityobora has recruited massively ahead of the new season.
