- ASB Mazembe 72-79 Ferroviario Beira

Ferroviario Beira registered their second win at the on going FIBA Africa Champions Cup at the Salle Multidisciplinaire de Radès.
After a 71-60 win over Gombe Bulls last evening, Beira took the floor first on Match Day 3 against Congolese side Mazembe.
The game was a contest in the opening quarter with teams matching shot for shot but the Mozambique side edged the period 22-21.
Beira started to slowly pull away just over the halfway mark of the second quarter with point guard Angelo Warner and center Helton Ubisse leading the charge and the Ferroviario had an 11-point (48-37) at halftime.
Mazembe played catch-up through out the second half but Ferroviario stayed locked in for the victory.
Warner and Ubisse scored 21 points apiece to lead Ferroviario and Elves Huoana contributed 11 points.
Pitchou Manga had a game high 27 points and 7 rebounds in a losing effort. Gege Kizubanata (12 points) also reached double-figures for Mazembe.
Beira temporarily top Group B with 5 points from three games while Mazembe is locked at the basement with three losses in as many games.
